- Orders are dispatched the same day (10am cut off) and take anywhere from 1 to 5 working days to be delivered nationwide in South Africa. We will always strive for next-day delivery if available at the time.

- Delivery is handled by PostNet, The Courier Guy, CourierIT, Globeflight, or SkyNet.

- All orders are processed within 1 business day (cutoff 9AM).

​

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery standards are estimates and are not guaranteed by our courier partners, if the delay is considered serious (3-4 days or above after the estimated delivery date) we will request a discount or a refund from our courier partners on your behalf. This will depend on the circumstances of each case.

- All orders are by default covered by insurance.

- We currently only deliver nationwide in South Africa.
