- Due to the nature of the products we sell all sales are final. We have a lengthy process in obtaining & listing the collectibles we sell at RetiredSets.co.za and pay close attention to where sets have been to ensure there has been no tampering with the product. We accept returns or exchanges if an incorrect item was shipped or if delivery is damaged/lost (all items covered by insurance during delivery). Please inspect your box before giving a signature on delivery and ensure it is sealed. We do not use second-hand shipping boxes so your parcel should arrive neatly sealed.

- We cannot offer returns or refunds if a customer has simply changed their mind. Returns and exchanges will only be permitted under specific circumstances that have been deemed fit by our team or unless otherwise stated.

- Please examine & inspect the "Product Images" tab on the product page before making your purchase. By placing an order with RetiredSets.co.za you have confirmed that you have inspected product condition before making your purchase as stated in our terms of service. All products have been wrapped & sealed after images have been taken.
